We DO NOT REFUND if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

We can EXCHANGE if you are happy to go ahead.

We can only cancel orders if your order if your order has not yet been processed, balloons not prepared yet or your order has not been sent out yet. Please call to urgently cancel orders as we can take up to 2 business days to respond to emails.

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND for the following products: costumes, wigs, cake stands, party lights, party machines, balloon decorations or all customized products.

We only DO REFUND OR EXHANGE when you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund.

Exchange or Refund conditions:

A: Replaced products must be kept in original condition. And

B: Time frame: within one week from the purchase date. And

C: Please present the receipt for exchange or refund
