Q: Am I able to buy products in bulk or by the cartons?

A: Yes. We are more than happy to sell by the cartons and the price will be at a wholesale prices. SOME PRODUCTS ARE LISTED IN WHOLESALE PRICE ALREADY, Please contact us for more information.

Q: Can I order products, balloons, or hiring products and pick them up at a different date?

A: Yes, you can pre-order everything you needed with no stress at all, it will all be taken care of for you.

Q: if I need to ask questions about pricing or to place an order, what is the best way?

A: if you have any quires or want to place an order, you can enquire via our email: [email protected] or if you can contact us on 03 9357 3765. You also are welcomed to be into the store and speak to our friendly staffs.

Q: Do you do deliveries?

A: we will do deliveries for online orderings through couriers. Or we will deliver certain items by our staff. Please place enquires for your delivery requirements.

Q: Am I able to cancel my order and get a refund?

A: If the order placed through online, the cancelation within one day can be fully refunded, the procedure will be done within seven days after cancelation date. Any time after one day, the credit will be processed within seven days for your next shopping.

If you purchased any item in-store, we only to exchange or issue the credit amount for you.

Q: if you out of stock for the items we ordered, what can we do?

A: you will be contacted by one of our lovely staff to confirm whether to cancel the order, or either order in within your time range.

Q: how long is the shipment and delivery?

A; We will endeavour to delivery your items as soon as possible. However please allow up to a handling time frame of 4 working days from the day you paid your order. If any special circumstances, for example out of stock, you will be contacted for re-ordering or cancelling, then it may take longer than 4 working days. The standard shipping will take around 2-7 business days from the day of dispatch. Express shipping will take about 1-4 business days from the day of dispatch.

The parcel shipping days may be some delays due to many circumstances, for example corona-virus (Due to Cov-19, we are experiencing an unprecedented demand for deliveries. There may be some delays), change of address, incorrect shipping details supplied, no one at home etc.

Q: when I fulfil my order, are all personal details will be released to any other parties?

A: we will promise not to use your information other than to contact you regarding your order or if we are forced to by law to provide this information. Your contact details will also be used for our store sale promotions. However, if you not happy to receive any promotions from us, please feel free to let our staff know.

Q: How do we pay for the orders?

A: we accept PayPal, bank transfer, Any bank details will be kept as confidential information and will not be given to any other parties. Cash on Delivery is not an option.

Q: Are we able to return and get refund for the products that we ordered?

A: please check your order clearly before placed. We are not able to refund any items that are incorrectly ordered, or for any reason that you change your mind. If any of the products are faulty, we will replace your item providing it is in its original packaging. Refunds will only be issued if that item is out of stock and will be provided by original method of payment.
