Delivery Information
Delivery Fees
Excluding orders which contain blown up balloons and party props (hire or purchase), delivery fee is charged as follows:
Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate Australia-wide.
Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate Australia-wide.
For balloons orders, a minimum order of $100 worth of balloons (excluding helium and balloon accessories) must be ordered to be eligible for delivery.
For party props orders, if you are purchasing, the shipping fee is for a one-way delivery. If you are hiring, the shipping fee is for a two-way delivery as it includes return pick up.
Delivery fee for balloon and party props orders are calculated based on the distance from our Campbellfield store and the floor number of the delivery address. If you require a delivery quotation, please email sales@sweetpartysupplies.com with the following details of the delivery address:
- Floor number
- Street name
- Suburb
Dispatch Times
Most orders are processed within two working days from the date payment is confirmed for your order. If your order is on-hold, please forward your payment receipt so that we can begin processing your order.
If stock is immediately available and there are no issues, your order will be dispatched within two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays as couriers do not pick up parcels on these days).
If stock is not available or there are issues with your order, for example, an incorrect or insufficient address was detected by our system, then it will take longer than four business days to dispatch.

Delivery Options
We use a variety of reputable third party couriers to deliver our online orders, including Australia Post, Toll, etc. Express Shipping is only available with Australia Post. For balloon and party props orders, our delivery team will complete the delivery.
Delivery Instructions If Business Address
Our couriers have been known to deliver online orders from 7am to 5pm and are given authority to leave the parcel at the address by default. We cannot control what time the courier will deliver, nor can we ask them to call you if you are not at the address or if they have issues delivering. Australia Post and our couriers do not provide this service.
If you have nominated a public business address, you must provide delivery instructions regarding the days and times they may deliver your parcel as couriers will generally return parcels to us and will not leave it at the shopfront if your shop is closed.
Tracking for Completed Orders
All online orders are shipped with tracking. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a ‘Completed Order’ email. If you require the tracking number, please email us.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery has failed due to an error or omission on your part, the cost of the failed delivery will be deducted from your order. You will also need to pay the cost of the re-delivery as the courier charges us for failed deliveries and re-shipments.
Delivery For Backorders
If you have backordered an item, along with other items that are currently in stock, then your order will be placed on hold until all items are ready and shipped out in one shipment.
If you would like us to immediately ship out items that are available and arrange another shipping for the backordered items, then you will need to pay a second shipping fee as the courier charges us for each delivery. Please email us if you require this.
Shipping Outside Australia
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside Australia.
