Balloon Order Instructions

Helium Balloon Order Checklist

1. If you require specific balloons or balloon arrangements in certain colours, please contact us to confirm stock availability first. You may do this by speaking to our friendly staff in-store, calling us or emailing us. Otherwise, we may need to contact you if a balloon is out of stock and suggest alternative colours.

2. Choose the balloon you would like and select the “Balloon + Helium” option in the dropdown menu.

3. Add the desired quantity to cart.

4. Add balloon weights to your order by going to the Balloon Accessories category and adding the desired weight and quantity to cart.

5. Add Hi-Float gel if you would like your latex balloons to last more than one day.

6. When you checkout, please leave an order note indicating the colour of ribbon or weight, where would you like to pick up the balloons (Campbellfield or Preston), and also the date & time for pick up.

Please note: we do not post helium balloons. We can deliver balloons if they meet the minimum order of $100 in balloons, excluding helium and balloon accessories, and delivery fee is on top. Please provide the floor number, street name and suburb of the delivery address for a shipping quotation.

Balloon Garland & Custom Arrangement Checklist

1. If you are looking for ideas, please browse through our Balloon Arrangements category to see if there are any arrangements you like.

2A. If there is an arrangement style you like, but wish to change the colours, please contact us to confirm colour availability. Please also feel free to discuss other requirements with us. There may be price variations depending on your requirements.

2B. Once you have confirmed colour availability with us, please proceed to checkout and add the balloon arrangement to cart. Please leave an order note with your required colours for the balloons, weights, strings and confetti if applicable.

3A. If you already have an idea of what you would like for your custom balloon arrangement, please send an email to sales@sweetpartysupplies.com with the following:

• Photo of the balloon arrangement or similar arrangement
• Description of your required colours and any other requirements (eg. size)
• Date and time you require this balloon arrangement
• Whether you are picking up from Preston or Campbellfield
• Alternatively, if you require a delivery quotation and your order meets the minimum order of $100 worth of balloons (excluding helium and balloon accessories), please also provide the floor number, street name and suburb of the delivery address,

3B. If you are happy to proceed with the quotation, please make payment as instructed.
