Q: Will I receive a notification that my order is ready to collect?

A: No, there is no email notification. 

Q: When can I collect my order?

A: Please come anytime during our local store’s trading hours and present your online order number. We would be grateful if you could place your online order as early as possible so we can get organised for your pick up, but are happy to assist with same-day urgent pick ups!

Q: If I cannot find the items online, can we request them on-the-spot when I come to collect my order?

A: Yes, please show photos of what you would like to buy to our friendly team and we will help you find them.

Q: Can we place an order for balloons for local pick up?

A: Yes, please leave an order note with your required pick up date and time.

Q: Can my balloon order be delivered to my address?

A: Balloons will only be available for delivery if it meets the minimum order of $100 worth of balloons (excluding helium and balloon accessories) and delivery fee is on top, depending on your location. Please provide the floor number, street name and suburb of the delivery address for a delivery quotation.

Q: I need my order to be posted urgently. When can it be posted?

A: Orders requiring delivery are dispatched and collected by different third party courier companies within 48 hours. However, due to large amount of delivery parcels, all courier companies are very busy on the road so please be patient when waiting for your delivery. 

Q: Can I track my delivery?

A: Yes, please contact us for the tracking number. Orders shipped by unregistered mail do not have tracking numbers.

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: We will endeavour to post out your items as soon as possible. Please allow handling time of up to 4 working days from the day you paid your order. However, if there are any special circumstances, for example, an item is out of stock, we will contact you. This may cause it to take longer than 4 working days. The standard shipping time will take around 2-7 business days from the day of dispatch. Express shipping will take around 1-4 business days from the day of dispatch.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and it is best to enquire with the relevant couriers regarding the delivery times. Covid restrictions and unprecedented demand for deliveries have also impacted all of our courier’s delivery times. There may be also some delays due to incorrect shipping details provided, nobody at home, change of address, etc.


Online Ordering Procedure


1: Add your items in the desired quantities to cart by clicking

2: Click in the top right corner, then click  to review your order.

3: Choose the shipping method by clicking one of the options.


5:  Fill in your Billing Details and Shipping Details.

6: Leave an order note if there is anything you need to let us know.

6: Choose your preferred payment method out of PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. Please sent remittance details to our email so we can quickly process your order.

7: Tick

8: You will then see the below information with your order number and details. Please show your order number to us when you collect your order.

9: Collect your order from the selected location.
